Let's Talk Household Goods Shipment

​Most everyone will have a household goods (HHGs) shipment as the standard shipment for PCSing. If you are authorized multiple shipments, the HHGs shipment will contain the bulk of your items. The other sections of the Let's Talk Series will walk you through your standard process of what to expect. 

If you are going CONUS to CONUS, your items will generally be loaded into the back of a trailer and transported between locations. 

If you are going to or from OCONUS locations, then your shipment should be loaded into crates. These crates should be sealed at your residence.
